Celebrate

I decided to create a card for stamp camp that could be used for an Easter card but versatile enough that it would work for another occasion as well.
The flowers are stamped in versamark and then embossed in white embossing powder.  I used regular white cardstock to create this card.  I used the aquapainter and watercolor crayons to color in the flowers.  I loved how this card turned out at stamp camp.  No two cards were the same, and they were all beautiful!  Order your supplies here.
Cardstock:  Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Old Olive
Ink:  Rich Razzelberry
Stamps:  Feeling Sentimental, Bordering on Romance
Accessories:  Heat Tool, White Embossing Powder, Aquapainter, Watercolor Crayons (Bolds)

Baby Bundle

We used the sketch from the main catalog on p. 78 to design this baby card.  Since we were making multiples of this card, we needed to simplify the card in the catalog and came up with this card.  Since this card will be going in a gift package of cards, we wanted to make it neutral colors so it could be used for a boy or a girl.  Love how this card turned out!  I definitely need to pull out my watercolor crayons again...just got them all into their new storage cases....they look so pretty in there :)  Order your supplies here.

Girly Birthday

Last night as I was stamping, I had a great urge to use retiring colors. I must admit out of these colors, I only frequently use Barely Banana. But I LOVE how this card looks with these colors! The sketch came from the current IB&C...my favorite inspiration book :) And of course I had to try out some more of the smooch spritz. After I colored the cupcake with the Watercolor Crayons and an Aquapainter, I spritzed the whole cupcake with the smooch spritz...love the instant sparkle! Order your supplies here.

Watercoloring

This month's technique night featured the Watercolor Crayons. This card was inspired by a card I saw on a blog I saw this week also. I LOVED how one flower was highlighted out of the three that were stamped. I thought it would be perfect for the technique I was focusing on. Most of the ladies ended up coloring in all three flowers (more practice watercoloring)...but either way this simple card turned out pretty. Order your supplies here.
Cardstock: Green Galore, Basic Black, Summer Sun, Whisper White

Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral, Thank You Kindly
