One of my favorite places to go where I grew up is Bloomington Lakes. It's so beautiful and peaceful there. My dad likes to go there, too. Of course, I'm sure he would be more happy there if he took his fishing pole with him. I remember as a kid my dad would always teach us to skip rocks there. This time was no exception. It was such an awesome moment for me to see my Dad teaching my three kids how to skip rocks....just as he did with me and my brothers and sister. It's a time I will never forget!
