Birthday Pennants

This card first started as an idea for a masculine card.  I love this Parker's Pattern DSP!  I think it perfectly works for a man!  I cut the strips of DSP in a pennant shape and then cut varying lengths.  This card could simply be duplicated with many kinds of DSP for just about any occasion!  Order your supplies here.
