Triathlon

Over the weekend, Dave participated in his first triathlon with the Varsity Scouts and other adults from church. He did great, and it was so fun to watch him participate and accomplish this feat!  He certainly wasn't the fastest, but he finished...that was his goal!!!!  He finished the Triathlon in 1 hour and 57 seconds...not bad considering he didn't have much time for training.  It was a fun family morning we got to spend TOGETHER!  I had to document this great day using My Digital Studio.  I had to first add the pictures and then put a circle over top of the pictures and matched the color to the background.  PERFECT!  Be sure to check out today's newest downloads for MDS here.  I LOVE the new "Fifty Nifty Kit!"  I can see myself using that for more than just scrapbooks!!!!  I always need state shapes for learning projects!

**Beginning today, new demonstrators will get to create their own Starter Kit! **May 3 at 7 p.m. is Technique Night.  We will be using the Diagonal Plate that goes with the Simply Scored Tool.  We will be completing 2 projects that night which will also featured stamp sets that are retiring.  Cost:  Stamp Club Members—FREE; Customers/Guests—$7 ( FREE for those who place a $40 order on the night of the class).  (I've added the projects we're creating to my demo Facebook page.)


**May 11 at 7 p.m. Stamp Camp.   Fifteen card designs using the retiring stamps will be available where you will make ten of the cards.  All supplies provided except adhesive, please bring your own.  Cost:  Stamp Club Members—$20; Customers/Guests—$25 ($20 for those who place a $40 order on the night of the class).
