Just a quick happy birthday card today. The background was created using the Illuminate Glitter Watermark stamp pad rubbed on the Elegant Lines Impressions Folder. The edge around the oval is created using the scallop edge border punch. I just used the bone folder to make it pliable and then added it behind the oval using sticky strip. Gotta run!
