Today is World Card Making Day! I'm posting a Halloween card that I'll be making more of to send for the upcoming holiday. I used the shimmer mist I talked about yesterday to create the sparkle on the Basic Black CS. I just can't get a good picture of the sparkle...it's so fun in real life! Happy stampin' today. Accessories: More Mustard Grosgrain Ribbon, Jumbo Wheel Handle, Champagne Mist, Rubbing Alcohol, Fine Mister (I used travel-size hairspray bottle)
