A friend of ours recently had a monster party so of course we had to give him a card to match! This "scary" one-eyed monster was created by first punching out a scallop circle and then punching it out again with the 1 3/4" circle punch. His legs are made with the word window punch and his shoes with the small oval punch & double rectangle punch. His eye is made with the 3/4" circle, 1/2" circle, and 1/4" circle punches.
